So What is This About?
I create media from concept to completion. Forms of media include: adverts, brochures, direct mail, signage, logo design, web banner ads (Flash or static), web design, letterheads and packaging. This website serves as a good example for my web design abilities. I look forward to expanding and enhancing my skills in all creative facets, especially interactive media.
Art has always been a significant part of my life. I grew up paging through coffee table books of artists' work and watching my father develop photographs in our basement. At one time I thought maybe I would go into photography, but when it came time to make a career decision I was debating between a degree in advertising or graphic design.
Graphic design is my passion, but advertising was my main degree. Over the past few years design has been my primary focus, but my advertising degree has been invaluable. Currently I work for a manufacturing company as a graphic artist, and in my spare time I do freelance design.
